Creating Your Dream Home

01. Consultation & Brief

  • Meeting: We’ll start by meeting with you to fully understand your vision, needs, and budget.

  • Site Visit: Our team conducts a thorough site visit to assess the land and gather essential details.

  • Concept Development: We’ll develop initial design concepts and sketches based on your preferences.

02. Design & Pricing

  • Design: We’ll create detailed architectural drawings and floor plans.

  • Pricing: Your design will be priced based on the drawings and your chosen specifications.

  • Once everything is agreed upon, we finalise and sign the construction contract.

03. Planning & Consent

  • Permit Applications: We handle all necessary permit applications and approvals.

  • Approval: We secure all required permits from local authorities.
    ‍
  • Project Schedule: The final project schedule is confirmed and shared with you.

04. Construction

  • Site Preparation: We clear the site and set up any necessary temporary facilities.

  • Foundation: The foundation is laid, and underground utilities are installed.
    ‍
  • Framing: We construct the building’s framework, including walls, floors, and roof.
    ‍
  • Exterior Work:Windows, doors, roofing, and exterior cladding are installed.

  • Interior Work: Plumbing, electrical work, insulation, Gib, and all interior finishes are completed.

  •  Inspections: Regular inspections ensure compliance with building codes and standards.

05. Completion and Handover

  • Final Inspections: We conduct thorough inspections to ensure everything meets our high standards.

  • Walk-Through: We’ll walk you through the finished home to address any questions or concerns.

  • Handover: You’ll receive the keys along with a comprehensive homeowner’s manual.

06. Ongoing Support

  • Aftercare: Our relationship doesn’t end at handover. We provide ongoing support and maintenance to keep your home in perfect condition. Your maintenance and warranty program are managed through Gtee, a digital tool that stores all warranty and maintenance information for your build, reminding you when important tasks are due.

  • Warranty: Our Halo Guarantee covers structural and workmanship defects for up to 10 years.
